Here it is!  Our first sketch for the month of November.  This week’s sketch is based on this layout from BasicGrey digital design team member Kathleen Summers.  You’d have to break out your magnifying glass in order to see that this was created on her computer instead of her work surface.
Kathleen notes, “I started with the Lucky collection since the colors were perfect for my photos. The four photos and title are clustered together (photos matted on white) with a contrasting color mat under the focal photo to help it stand out. A visual triangle is created by the three flower clusters. The grid, flower, and circle brushes add subtle visual interest.”

This week’s sketch has space for four of your photos or you can choose to change it up however you’d like!  What about making one of the photo spaces a place to house your journaling?

We’d love to see what you create from this week’s sketch. Leave a comment below with a link to your project and we’ll select one commenter at random to receive a collection pack of your choice. Comment must be posted by November 13, 2011 at 11:59p MST.

If you upload your layout to your blog or online gallery, be sure to also upload it to our new BasicGrey Flickr page so that other BG fans can find your work easily.

CONGRATULATIONS to our winner selected at random from the comments we received by the noted deadline :
