We are so happy to introduce you to Amy Sheffer, who we think is one seriously talented cardmaker! Her style was perfectly suited for the bold, rich colors of Adrift and the cards she made using this collection are beautiful. Please help us welcome Amy to our blog today!
Amy Sheffer: I’m super excited to be Basic Grey’s guest designer this month! I have been a BasicGrey fan for years and really enjoyed designing with the Adrift collection. Here are images and close-ups of the cards I created using this beautiful collection, along with a few more details about me.
I live in Virginia with my husband and our three children. I’ve been dabbling in various arts and crafts since I was kid, and even minored in Fine Arts in college (intaglio printmaking was my favorite class!)
I was introduced to scrapbooking nearly twenty years ago, and stamping and card making soon after.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to design for fantastic companies and stores in the industry, and have been honored to have my work published.
The very best part of paper crafting is undoubtedly the community of fellow enthusiasts! I treasure the connections and friendships I’ve made.
When I’m not paper crafting, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, photography, volunteering and attempting various DIY home projects.
Amy, thank you so much for sharing your talent with everyone today!
