BG Basics | Kim Price | Grand Bazaar

Kim Price: Hi everyone. Today I want to share another layout created with the new BasicGrey Grand Bazaar collection, along with a cool freebie mini triangle design cut file.

When I first saw Grand Bazaar I knew right away this photograph of my daughter with her face painted would be a match made in heaven, and it’s such a great memory for my scrapbook album.

I’ve started out by creating my own customized background using a plain white smooth cardstock base and adding some mist in a color to coordinate with Grand Bazaar. I simply spray my mist onto the cardstock, concentrating the color in the center of the page, then dry it all off with a heat tool.

I’ve created a layered look to mat my photograph choosing Topkapi, Persia, Mediterranean and Istanbul patterned papers then adding items from the Elements Sticker sheet and that sweet little chipboard fox found in the Printed Chipboard Shapes pack.

The large flower embellishment was created by layering together an acetate circle shape from Die Cuts and Transparencies pack, a flower design cut from Constantinople patterned paper,  and all topped off with a tiny Resin Flower Sticker.

Of course my finishing touch is the addition of the Silhouette cut file freebie – mini triangles background. I’ve simply cut the file out from plain white cardstock and added color using some watered down acrylic paint in a color to match the rest of my layout. After the paint had dried completely I doodled around each triangle with a fine black archival quality marker then tucked the piece behind my layers allowing some of my background color to peek through.

  1. In the event that this really is therefore, your organization may then enjoy the actual benefits from the great suspend label publishing. Reasonably limited manufacturer or perhaps a manufacturer that’s trustworthy through most of customers can certainly order a great cost when compared with additional items within the exact same class.
