BasicGrey Design Team Call

We said today’s news would be HUGE, didn’t we?  Our news is that we want to work with YOU as a member of our new BasicGrey Design Team!  You say you love BG and our products so this is your time to show us what you’ve got!

We’re looking for 20 traditional designers and 5 digital designers to work with for the coming year.  Each designer will receive all paper plus several embellishments from each new BasicGrey collection.  In exchange for this product, each design team member will be responsible for :

  • creating at least two layouts per collection.
  • posting your layouts to your personal blog, Facebook page, the BG gallery, twopeasinabucket.com and scrapbook.com.
  • creating material for an assigned topic each month for the BG blog.

If a BG design team member has a layout, album, card or altered art piece using 60% or more of BasicGrey product published in a target magazine (not website) they will also be compensated. Compensation rates will be shared with Design Team members upon acceptance of their new position.  Each design team member will be paid for up to 20 published projects per year.  Design team members may also be assigned or commissioned to create additional projects as needed for trade shows, classes, etc. for which they will also be compensated for.

  1. I believe what you said was actually very reasonable. However, think about this, what if you were to create
a awesome headline? I ain’t saying your content isn’t solid, but suppose you added a headline that makes people want more?
I mean BasicGrey Design Team Call | BasicGrey Blog
is kinda vanilla. You should glance at Yahoo’s home page and see how
they create article titles to get viewers to click.
You might add a video or a related pic or two to get readers excited
about everything’ve got to say. In my opinion, it would bring your website a little bit more interesting.

  2. You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but
I find this topic to be actually something that I think I would never understand.
It seems too complex and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I’ll
try to get the hang of it!

  3. Hey there! Do you know if they make any plugins
to safeguard against hackers? I’m kinda paranoid about losing everything I’ve worked hard on.

    Any tips?
