Even though I’ve been working with Capture products for months, I always discover something new and exciting about the collection each time I sit down to craft. Recently I have been loving the die cuts + transparencies as well as the metal label. Both products are so versatile, I am constantly discovering new ways to put them to use in my Capture albums!
Each pack of die cuts + transparencies comes with seventeen different frames, phrases, and cameras that are perfect for any paper craft project. I layered a handful on the cover of a Ledger Journaling Binder (used for my What a Week spreads) along with a few Candy Buttons for added interest.
The metal labels are backed with adhesive so they can be placed permanently anywhere! I used one the side of my album to title the book with Capture alpha stickers.
P.S. You can see both of these products in action here!

Kelly Goree never fails to blow us away with her talent and these three Persimmon layouts are a perfect example of just that!
Kelly: I adore how this line is so incredibly versatile – it’s perfect for scrapping anything from your favorite fall traditions to Halloween and then some. The colors are so rich and vibrant and the palette is really varied so that you could scrap many projects with this line and they all look completely different.
I especially loved the added touches of gold throughout the line and embellishments. It enhanced the richness of the collection and allowed for extra fun touches of things like glitter glue to make things shimmer and sparkle.

Today we are sharing three of Lisa Dickinson’s beautiful Autumn-themed projects she created with our forthcoming line, Persimmon.
Where do I even begin with this layout? The die-cut rays! The awesome composition! The great pairing of patterns! Lisa expertly encapsulated the warm, cozy vibe of Persimmon in this stunning layout.
One of the best parts about this line is the mix of patterns. There’s a little something for everyone including tribal prints, florals, bold stripes and just about everything else you can imagine! When paired together? Perfection! P.S. how cute is the paper + brad tab on the end of the card? Genius!
I love the way Lisa brought together several different colors and patterns and visually broke them up using circles punctuated with various Fall-inspired motifs. Bring on Autumn!

The designer journal inserts are on the most versatile supplies within our Capture collection. Not only are they perfect for adding additional pages to an existing Capture album, but they’re perfect for building a custom mini album as well. Today I will show you three different ways to use these multipurpose supplies!
Each pack comes with ten different designer journal inserts in various shapes, sizes, and patterns. All ten of the pages come with pre-punched holes so they can easily be added into any Capture album or standard binder.
One of my favorite ways to use these inserts is to treat them as a subject divider for a themed album. For instance, on this page I used the calendar stamp and a handful of RSVP + Carte Postale supplies to offer information about the forthcoming pages without actually having to journal.
If creating your own mini book is what you’re after, these designer journal inserts are ideal for pulling together a small album in a matter of minutes! To create this travel-themed book, I played around with the page arrangement until I was satisfied, and then I bound everything together using baker’s twine. So simple!
For the final example, Kelly Goree used her designer journal insert as a place for journaling and a title. I love the way she didn’t just journal directly onto the page, but instead added a sheet of Ocean Drive patterned paper and a mini Snippet on top of that to create more visual interest.
No matter how you use our designer journal inserts, we know you will love them!
